They wouldn't disagree like Snow and Jasmine would, but Snow would find Belle a bit too serious and maybe mistakenly think she's shy, while Belle would think Snow's idealism is a bit childish, though she'd understand how sheltered SW is. Snow would like her good manners and think it's cute how she acts with the Beast when they're getting to know one another (though she'd probably find Belle crazy for becoming attracted to him at first) but think Belle should have fun more, and Belle would like Snow's romantic story but see her as more of a perky little sister type than someone she can connect to.
So they wouldn't relate that much. They're both too well-mannered and initially kind to fight or disagree much, and would like traits the other has, but just don't have a lot in common.
