Ariel and SW would get along pretty well. They'd love that the other is bubbly, optimistic and outgoing. Ariel would find fun things for Snow to do, and Snow would be the shoulder for Ariel to cry on if she needed it, as well as be a mature influence on her. Snow would try to stop Ariel from doing anything too reckless, and dislike how she speaks to Sebastian and her dad, though, and Ariel would think Snow is sometimes too calm and unadventurous. But they would like each other's personality and Snow would find Ariel's story very romantic, not blame her for giving up the sea for Eric, and Ariel would enjoy having a motherly figure she can have fun with.
I think they would get along well and their different traits would complement each other.
