DP movies most targeted to...

I don't go common with you. I think it's more like this:

Most targeted to kids - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Tangled, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella

Most targeted to teenagers - Aladdin, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Princess and the Frog

Most targeted to adults - Mulan, Pocahontas

But more I think they're made for all ages and interests.

Now a days people don't appreciate the art form of the classics but I'd say now for younger children Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Tangled mainly because of it's old humour which will be new to younger viewers and tangled just because it's bright and colourful and it just looks like a kids only cartoon but I think it can appeal to older children. TLM, BATB, Aladdin also appeal to both but I think Princess and the frog would be mainly aimed at older children because of it's confusing plot, Pocahontas for it's racial reasons and Mulan didn't really interest me A LOT until I was 7.. it was kind of just there when I was 3-6.
