What is the darkest princess movie?

OK, I think those are pretty good reasons, when I was like 6 I TOTALLY freaked out when the queen transformed and when she gets lost in the forest, BUT I think it would be The Princess and The Frog.

Well, from the start you notice Dr. Facilier is creepy, but what really is freaky is the way he has bonds with voodoo spirits and he has a power he has no chance of controlling PLUS the shadows that captured Naveen were pretty scary...

I personally think the darkest film is either Aladdin or The Princess and the Frog. Both films have a creepy villain, some adult topics, and has a lot of scary imagery

Personally, I think it's Sleeping Beauty.


Why you may ask is that it showed the adult Aurora dead. Creepy music, creepy scene that is beyond scary to me. Then there is Malficent echoing in the spinning wheel. After that, when the fairies find Aurora on the floor sprawled. Remember, this is my opinion, and this why I think it's dark.

I agree with you on Snow White being the darkest. I also feel as if Black Cauldron is dark as well but that's not a "Disney Princess" movie..

I'd say Pocahontas, just because it as a lot of moments like Kocoum's death and the fact that John Smith was injured and had to go back to England. I don't know, I didn't put terribly too much thought into it. This would be an interesting poll.
