Winxclubgirl202 asked me to write part to of her fanfiction. So here it is.
Destiny was in her room packing her bag. Her father was leaving today on an expedition and he promised when she was old enough she could go with him.
She had always dreamed of sailing of into the sunset on an adventure and now was her chance. She could almost taste the adventures that awaited her. She quickly packed some close, a few books, and momentous of home. She was about to change her close when a knock came at the door.
"Come in." She said as she place an extra pair of shoes in her bag. In walked her mother, Melody, and her father, Jim. Their pet Morph floated by Jim's shoulder. He zoomed over to Destiny and snuggled her check causing her to laugh.
"I'm almost all ready Dad." Destiny picked up her bag and showed him. "All I need is to change my clothes and I will be all set." Destiny smiled up at her parents expectantly.
"What?!" Asked Jim surprised. He gave Melody a glance and she waved him off. "I'll handle it." She said.
"Destiny. You're not going with your father." Said Melody as she brought Destiny to her chest and stroked her hair. Destiny was surprised.
"What do you mean? You guys said when I was old enough I could go with Dad on one of his expeditions. I've already gone to Atlantica like a hundred times. Now its time to go on an expedition with Dad." Destiny was bewildered by what they were telling her.
"Its not that I don't want you to go Destiny, but this expedition is going to be dangerous. I don't think you're old enough for this expedition." Jim said. Destiny gave a horrified look.
"I'm 13 years old! Mom was my age when she ran off to the sea. You were only two years older than me when you sailed to find Treasure Planet. Both were dangerous. At least I'll have you and I can take care of my self."
Melody sighed. "Destiny. I promise you can go on an expedition with your father. Just not this one." Melody looked at her mother with pleading eyes while Jim still looked concerned. Destiny didn't say anything else. She saw her parents faces and knew if she argued she might never be able to go on an expedition. She nodded and hung her head.
"Your father is leaving soon why don't you come down and see him off?" Melody suggested. Destiny didn't say anything. She hugged her mom and then her father. He stroked her hair. "I promise you can go with me sometime. Just not this time." Destiny nodded against his chest. Then she went to the balcony and stared out at the ocean. "Morph. Stay with her okay buddie?" Jim said speaking to the pink gelatinous blob. Morph nodded his head and floated to Destiny on the balcony.
Melody and Jim left the room and went to have a quiet moment alone before Jim left. Alone in her room except for Morph Destiny hatched a plan. She had no intention of staying home. She would go on this expedition. She quickly changed out of her dress and into a tang top and shorts. She wrote a note that she knew her mother would find once she was gone. Then she waited. It wasn't long before her parents came back to get her to see her father off. She sat on the edge of her bed facing away from the door. Melody and Jim stuck their heads in and saw Destiny sitting with her back to the door. "I'm leaving now. You want to come see me off?" Jim asked. Destiny didn't move. Jim sighed and knew it was no use. "I love you. I promise you will go with me soon." Jim shut the door and headed down stairs with Melody.
Destiny sprang into action. She lined pillows under her blanket to make it look like she was asleep in bed. Then she grabbed her bag and went to the balcony. She turned around and took a last look at her room. More determined than ever she swung her legs over the balcony and shimmed to the edge by the wall. There was a vine that had grown up the side of the house that she had used many times to climb in and out of her room. "Come one Morph. We are going on an adventure." With that Destiny climbed down the vine. She quickly made her way to the docks, avoiding her parents and keeping an eye out for anyone she knew.
"All I have to do is get on one of the two ships father isn't on." Destiny said to herself. Jim was setting sale on the lead ship with two accompanying ships. Destiny made her way to where a passing sailor had said the three ships were docked. She didn't realize she was standing right infront of one of the ships. She turned around and saw the ship she was looking for. She walked toward the ship and her future.

Can't get it uploaded to forum either; I think the site's going weird on me.
I've had this before; ok, just going to rant now because the site won't let me upload anything this short without a whole load of other stuff thrown in and all I want to do is upload a bloody picture but it won't let me!
So, anyway, the pic is from my Disney High fanfic and I promise I will get back to writing that at some point, people, bear with me, I have several other projects on the go atm. The pic is supposed to show Nancy as the school therapist but pics of her as animation are so hard to get hold of, so she's still in her bridal gear (could have repainted the dress I suppose but I couldn't find a way to get rid of the veil, soz) and Belle, Lottie and Meg are part of a bigger crowd who turn up for one of her therapy sessions involving Trust Falls.
