I think she is one of the most gifted singers I've ever heard. Can she sing like those big-time divas do? No. Can she sing a song and make you feel its essence through her unique vocal ability and phrasing? Yes! And that's why I love her! No offense to diva fans, but some of those divas can sing till they look like they're gonna use the bathroom, yet they can't make me feel a thing.
