When does Ran figure out Kaito Kid isn't Shinichi?

In the Detective Conan movie The Lost Ship in the Sky, Kaito Kid pretends to be Shinichi to convince Ran not to turn him in. At the end of the film, Ran and Kid kiss, with Ran almost certain that he is Shinichi. Does Ran ever figure out that he isn't Shinichi, and if so, when? What episode does this occur?
