Joining clubs-do you see that box on the top right corner saying how many fans a club has?Well,click the button under it.

Making a club- link But you can not copy any other clubs.

I don't know about creating clubs but in order to join a club, look at the upper right corner of the Detective Conan HOME PAGE (or any other club) and find the button that says "Become a Fan".
