In the begining I couldn't tell the difference between "Preston and Porter Scavo" but I can now!!
Patrick and Paige (Zayne Emory as 13-year-old Patrick Scavo and Anthony Traina as Older Patrick Scavo in the dream Lynette had in the season 6 episode "If...".) Lynette thinks her cancer has returned in "If It's Only In Your Head" and goes to the doctor to find that it's not cancer, but that she is pregnant with a second set of twins. We find out Lynette has complications with her pregnancy and one of her babies needs surgery to prevent mental and physical damage. The surgery does not go as expected, and the baby Lynette was going to name Patrick does not survive. But I would have loved to see them together!!!
