tamore picked Disagree:
Tell people to stop sexualizing girls from a young age instead of telling girls to not be sexual objects

In a perfect world, people could wear whatever they want. But there are far too many creeps out there for me to be comfortable with letting a child so young show that much skin.

People should stop sexualizing little girls. 2 piece swimsuits have cuter designs anyway.

I'm on the fence with this one. On one hand (as tamore said) people need to stop sexualizing little girls and girls in general. TBH people need to stop sexualizing little boys too. But on the other hand (as DarkSarcasm stated) that's simply not how it works.
Even if people are taught not to sexualize other people moreover, young kids, there will (no doubt) be some creeps who will do so anyways.

I guess what I'm trying to say is; if I had a kid I'd have her in one pieces until a certain age but I wouldn't judge someone who chose to do the opposite. Because as DS said, there are (and will always be) too many creeps out there.

Of course ideally, in a perfect world, people wouldn't look at little boys/girls in that way.

It's the gaze that sexualizes a child, not the clothes they wear. We're all born naked, after all. It won't matter what they're wearing.
