I realize that L could have watched Light's high school surveillance video on the day he picked up the Death Note. He would have the evidence that Light is Kira and the answer to how Kira kills its victims. If he followed the thought that Light lost his memories of being Kira he can conduct when Light's personality changed. I just completed the OVA, "Death Note Relight 2: L's Successors". The fact that Mello was hardly in it upset me, but overall, I enjoyed it and found it to be quite intriguing. A lot of the focus was set on Near, and personally, I think he is the most interesting character in Death Note. I typically am disappointed with OVAs, but this one was very satisfying, and I think those who are fond of Near, specifically, will enjoy it. :) Posted over a year ago

Okay! Well, I FINALLY finished it today! I had very HIGH expectations for this anime but it didn't fall through for me. In the beginning it was interesting and then I lost interest until about episode 34 where I gained it back. Overall it was pretty interesting. Posted over a year ago
