If any of previous batman villains from past films were included to the Ben Affleck Batman Trilogy, Who would you like to see return?

Just saying since we know their making a new Joker in the Suicide Squad, so that doesn't mean they can't include older movie villains as well. Noted that the villains from Suicide Squad doesn't count since they're in the Ben Affleck Batman Universe already.

As for me there are four I would like to see return:
Scarecrow {Picture}
Mr. Freeze
Poison Ivy
The Penguin
