In my opinion the best companion is Rose and second is Donna.Many people think that Donna is the best companion cuz it was written to be together as acouple.But he loved Rose.At Doomsday when Rose told him that she loves him,he wated to say that he also loves her.And before he regenerate into the 10th Doctor,he told her she was fantastic.
