It must have been quite a night. Daniel Radcliffe has sent a member of the Dublin minor team €50 for a taxi fare the Hollywood star couldn't pay on their famous night out two years ago.

The 25-year-old who was in Dublin filming rom-com 'What If' at the time posted a letter to former Dublin minor centre back Conor Mulally saying: 'Hi guys, So, Thanks again for paying for my cab. I couldn't live with myself if I didn't honour my word and pay you back. Once again great meeting you all. Hopefully this covers it.'
"I know nothing about that," Radcliffe insisted. "They may very well be using existing footage that we'd already filmed for the movies, but I have had no calls or involvement in that.

"A while ago they asked me to do more stuff for the theme park, and that was my moment to try and draw a line because that theme park is going to keep expanding, and keep going to more countries, and there's going to come a point where I'm going to be 30 years old, and if I was still doing that then, that would be a huge problem."

The actor added that he wishes the creators of the park "all the luck in the world."...

Daniel Radcliffe has signed on to star in the indie adaptation of Dave Eggers' comic novel "You Shall Know Our Velocity". Peter Sollett will direct the project from producers Tim Perell for Process and Michael Benaroya for Benaroya Pictures. Intl.

Shooting on the film is set to get underway next spring

The story follows "two mismatched friends - Radcliffe's bookish and awkward Will and the self-proclaimed ladies' man Hand, who set out on a two-week trip around the world and a $32,000 insurance payoff from their friend's fatal car accident with the goal of giving away the windfall to those in need."

Radcliffe recent film roles have included "The Woman in Black," "Kill Your Darlings," "Horns," "What If" (originally titled "The F Word") and "Frankenstein". He currently stars in Broadway's The Cripple of Inishmaan, which just picked up four Tony Award nominations. His other Broadway credits include 'How to Succeed in Business' and 'Equus.'

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe will be honored by the Trevor Project for his work with the organization to prevent LGBTQ youth suicides.

The Associated Press reports that Radcliffe will receive the Hero Award from the Trevor Project in New York City in June. The award recognizes someone who has served as an inspiration to LGBTQ youths and increased understanding of the community. Past recipients have included Nathan Lane, Dustin Lance Black and Vanessa Williams.

How to Succeed Revival, With Daniel Radcliffe, to Play Broadway's Hirschfeld in 2011

The Broadway revival of Frank Loesser's 1961 musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, starring Daniel Radcliffe, will begin previews Feb. 26, 2011, at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre.

Tony Award-winning director and choreographer Rob Ashford (Promises, Promises) will direct and choreograph the 50th anniversary production that will officially open March 27, 2011. Additional casting for How to Succeed will be announced shortly.

Harry Potter fans will see first hand the sets, costumes and props used in the movie when a new tour opens next year.

The Making of Harry Potter will let fans go on a walking tour through the wizard franchise's production base in Leavesden.

Among the sets, they'll see Hogwarts head teacher Professor Dumbledore's office and the Great Hall of the wizarding school, where stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint all filmed scenes.

"We're incredibly excited," the Daily Star quoted a spokesperson for film studio Warner Bros., as saying. (ANI)

daniel is hot but any way i love that i'm not alone when i say i have OCD ON DANIEL. i live him day after day i love him /b SO MUCH and i watch harry potter to see him. but i have been in love with harry potter the movie since i was 6 and still are. so if you have something bad to say about him or me don't. i love that not alot of teens like him cuz i want to be my own teen. you go on and on about the jonas bros. i loved them to but like i said.
