Can I just say that I LOVE the deleted scene from 2x02. Wish it had made the final cut. I wasn't too happy with what we got in that episode, it seemed weird that after such a dramatic incident, nobody said anything about it, and Damon didn't try to make amends. You know, Delena have the largest fanbase for a reason. They got the epic dance scene for a reason. They are being built up so beautifully for a reason. Elena is Damon's humanity, not Stefan's. Stefan stalked her for month he fell in love with the better version of Katherine and he had to know her. But Damon fell in love with ELENA, his feelings for her don't have anything to do with Katherine. And they both hated each other before. Hate is the beginning of a love story remember?
