maybe its kat realizing that she really does care if damon lives or dies and was pretending to be elena just to be with him. watch her realize that she has feelings for him too. but i want her with stefan and want stefan to realize he has feelings for her

I think theres a slim possibility that it could be Katherine, but Im leaning more towards a hallucination. He might be thinking of something Kat said to him to the same effect in the past, or hes thinking Elena is never gonna forgive him/always be disappointed in him. & the scene with *Elena* jumping out the window: couldnt it be 1) Elena jumping out onto a roof from or after Damon or away from Sheriff Forbes, 2) Katherine in Elenas clothes escaping pursuit from Sheriff Forbes or someone else or goes after Damon, 3) Damon hallucinating a scene of Kat jumping out a window in 1864 & picturing her in Elenas clothes. Its a possibility that he pictures Elena herself/Katherine in hallucinations cuz he is gonna c her that day before some of the events that take place Im sure.

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed. I had to rewatch the promo like 10 times and it still confuses me. Maybe it's Kat? Or a hallucination?

I also think it´s a hallucination. Elena would never talk to him like that knowing he dieying. After finding out he was bitten, she will forget everything he done, she wouldn´t be able be pissed at him in this situation.

I agree with everyone else, Damon is probably just hallucinating like Stefan did in S1. Elena isn't evil, she would never talk like that. And I doubt Kat would ever do something that stupid, she's on their side. She has a little care in there for Damon, remember she was mentioning the wolfbite in "The Last Day" epi, or I think it was in the promo of "The Sun Also Rises".

Now as I read it,it seems logical that it's only Damon hallucinating...Elena would never behave this way,I'm sure o_o

i think some people say that she says "I made the wrong choice" instead of "You made the wrong choice", omg I'm so impatient to watch the finale...
