Heard a favorite song of mine come up while I was doing a little housecleaning, I thought it fits well as a song sung from Damon's perspective. If I had any talent at making videos I would use this song as my first, but I'll leave that for those more gifted than I. :) This is a perfect theme for Damon especially during the finale, Damon asking forgiveness from Elena.
