Damon & Elena Question

a word of warning to you all...

as you are all well aware, a fan favourite, nina dobrev is leaving the show (I know, its a complete shock!!), thus signaling the end of the shows main character, which will also equal the end of the shows driving force, delena. which is devastating, and a complete travesty. since the writers fail too realise that without delena, there is no basis to their shitty show. well, the reason why im writing too you all now is to warn you, and prepare you all for what may come...the writers KNOW that delena is the main reason most of the fandom still sticks to this show, even tho it is disintergrating fast. without elena gilbert, and delena to hold it up, its nothing anymore, its no more than a lifeless shadow of what it used to be. its a corpse without a soul. which is why im almost certain that they will pull whatever bullshit tactics they can to keep the ratings up, and the show from being cancelled. they think that we don't don't know that they may plan, im pretty sure that if elena doesn't die, they will give delena a hopeful "the door is always open ending" to our beloved couple. they will use that to keep the fans drawn in. the fanbaiting will be atrocious. im calling you all now to ask you DONT EVER FOR IT!!!! its what they want. the writers couldn't give a flying fuck about their fans, and their characters. they down play the leads, to make the secondry ones look good. and its appauling!!! They forget, that without the leads, they wouldn't have a show to go on. I know what they are up to, if elena lives, they will use the whole, delena may be reunited at the end of season seven, keeping us hopeful, and drawing us all in too their selfcentred trap to keep us watching, and I don't know about you, but im not falling for it. and if you are smart, you be drawn into it either.

be drawn into it either. they will use this to their advantage to make us trust them, and then give us a bamon endgame, which is disgracful, and completely unfair. and noway am i falling for it. you guys, do what you think is best. but i know these assholes, the are sly and devious. they will do whatever it takes to make a few bucks. DONT TRUST THEM, IT MAY END UP BEING THE SORRIEST THING YOU EVER DID!!!!

Well, I live in Europe, so I can't really watch TVD live, so whether I watch season 7 or not, it won't make a difference. I'll probably check imdb to see if Elena's still around.

If she's not, I see no reason to watch at all. I don't need a constant reminder of Elena's absence.

I'm also afraid that they'll make it look like Elena could return (even if they kill her off), and try to entice DE fans to keep watching, if only in the hope that DE will get their happy ending at the very end of the show. But it really depends on what they choose to do, and ultimately, on whether the fans feel OK enough to carry on watching S7, or if they don't have the heart for it anymore. I don't think I can bear to watch even the rest of the season that's left. I'm too afraid I'll end up being disappointed or upset what with the writers do. I have lost all faith with the writers and the producers. If they had the show and the fans' best interest at heart, they would have decided to end TVD with S6, especially when they knew Nina hadn't signed on to S7. I'm pretty sure they could have wrapped it up easily enough: Stefan ends up with Caroline, Delena get their happy ending, and Bonnie and Damon become friends. Everyone's happy.
