Damon & Elena Question

Do you think Damon will break Elena's sire bond? Why or why not?

think that Damon will choose to severe the sire bond. I think he's too good of a guy, too good of a brother, and too good of a lover not to. Furthermore, he needs to know that the feelings Elena has for him are real. But, even more than that, Damon needs Elena to know weather or not her feelings were real.
Damon is such a tragic character. I mean, here he finally gets a break and, then, he has to tell the woman he loves to leave him? Crazy sad.

We and Elena already know that it is real, what all "sire bond facts" prove, and they shouldn't care about the others; but the tortured and heart-broken Damon has to be sure that it is real, because close to everybody in his life and undead existence has destroyed his self-esteem completely, so that it is hard for him to believe that he can be loved at all (even doing good, he is still always the "bad one" - for almost everybody but Elena).

So, Damon can either give up Elena completely although it is proven that she has feelings for him, and leave her to be protected by the others (who are not really good at it), what would cause a fake situation for Elena because her feelings for Damon are the only thing that are declared real, and that would take that (only true) part away. And Elena begged him not to do that, he promised her that he won't leave her, and the „sire bond“ really has no influence on feelings. Or Damon can live with being accused of using Elena, and can keep her in her happiness, while only suffering about the doubts himself.

I don't think that there is a right choice here; I don't know what Damon will do, BUT HE WILL DECIDE FOR THE RIGHT REASONS. Those producers are sadistic bastards, and although I still don't know what to think about them, I - this time - mean it as a compliment for their talent in this case. Damon will prove his unselfishness AGAIN, we could find out what kind of influence a possible cure can have on a „sire bond“ or „broken sire bond“, and we can definitely look forward for the inpredictable development of this great show, and of course for the unforgettable Delena love story that will continue - and it will never stop moving us.

Such a "sire bond" makes a relationship really complicated; Damon always has to try not to TELL Elena something, but let her make up her mind herself first. I don't know what I would do in such a situation. That is pure torture, but it fits perfectly to Damon's suffering, pain and heartache throughout the whole show.

Damon knows Elena loves him and not because of the srie bond. So everything she feels for him is real. So why would he dare not break it.Theres isn't a reason why he wouldnt.
