Rose was written into Episodes 14 script, so obviously she either gets through, or they find an antidote :) ..

I'd rather he didn't. It would destroy him, but off course he wouldn't want to show it. Depends if the writers want to damage him anymore or not. If they want to he will kill her if not he won't

i think that damon will kill her bec she is try to kill elena something like that and she is killing one human in 2x12 ............
