First off - Overplaying Damon and Elena both saying 'you did this. This is your fault' was GENIUS. There were scenes and lines in this video that I hadn't ever noticed in similarity to each other, but this video made see it and go 'ah.'

Second - Elena told Damon that they had an understanding and while watching this video, I realized that it may be because they were both the human in love with the vampire. Damon is resilient but he is softer with her because he knows how she feels. He gets it
