"What are we doing Damon?" She asked quietly, whatever I suspected it wasn't this. "I mean what the fuck are we doing!?" She said harshly, her voice rising a little. My eyes widened at her cussing, but didn't comment on it. Instead I stood quietly unsure what to say, think. What was she getting at? "This thing we have- These moments that never really amount to much. What are we doing? What am I doing?!" She said laughing harshly to herself. ****
