Damian kind of answered this question in an interview with Wetpaint. He said that it's all very complicated. That he likes a girl, but they're not actually in a relationship. You can read it for yourself:

He is not married so yes he is single. If he is a relationship it's unclear from the interview the previous commenter provided.
