I'm very confused fans about whether sharon has boys or where she has two sons and one daughter ahhhhhhhh my head hurts I need damian now

In todays blog, she was talking about her 3 sons, Alex, Matt and Dudley....I don't think she has any daughters. There was, however, a girl staying with her at the time Damian was before they taped the very first CT show. That's what Damian was saying in The Show interviews.
