Should we break up?!?

So I am now dating this one guy Ethan and I really really like him and I know he likes me but this one girl Jasmine like him and HATES me and is now speeding rumors around school that I'm a ho,I'm ugly,Ethan hates me ect… and now I'm starting to believe her and I started cutting because of depression and the year is almost over and I will move during the summer so I won't go to school with him anymore so should I just break up with him now or just wait a little longer to date him and break up at the END END of the year

Thanks it's fine now, now I dumped Ethan becuase he was being an epic jerk but now I'm dating another guy who is ACTUALLY nice!! Wow I've never had that before…anywho it's fine now I'm happy
