Do you have his number? You can text him and tell him that you like him, that would probably be less intimidating than telling him in person. Do you know for sure he doesn't like you anymore? If he doesn't, try getting to know him better and try hanging out with him so he can get to know you. If you're already friends with him, try meeting some new guys. Hope this helped!!
