It sounds like he might! Usually a guy stares at a girl when he likes her, and since guys know that girls LOVE funny guys, they also try to make the girl they're trying to impress laugh! :) So, it sounds like he does like you (or is at least attracted to you!)! Just in case I might be wrong, give it some more time with him to see if he still shows these signs. Try to become friends with him, and see what he's about! If he likes you, he will probably ask you out. :) Do you like him???

He may just be a good friend, but ask him. I'm not really good at this sort of thing cuz whenever I get a crush on a guy I think that every time they look at me I think they like me. And they never do. I just have a very vivid imagination.
