If you'd like to you can tell him. :) Don't ever miss out on an opportunity. :) However, are you his friend yet? You might want to establish a friendship first. And do you two ever flirt? Like, do you see signs that he likes you back? If so, then you should tell him. :) How long have you known him for? (sorry for all of the questions XD)

But keep in mind, you are still in fifth grade, so you still might be too young to get in a relationship with him if things work out for you. But, I do with you the best of luck. :) (and if things don't work out, things might be awkward at first, but try to continue a friendship with him if you'd like, and try to move on as well. :] )
