I always thought Jasper was the funniest of the two.

I'm sorry about the poor quality of pictures that was the best I could find of them.

Both bad guys are Horace and Jasper and also Cruella De Vil has kidnape the puppies Cruella was being mean and bossy to them and on 101 Dalmatians Real live Horace and Jasper are bad guys look like Harry and Marv from Home Alone.

Both are awesome but I like him a little bit more.

For some reason, I always find it hilarious when Horace opens his empty sandwich (after Rolly stole the meat) and shows it to Jasper, who half-heartedly just taps the ash from his cigar into the sandwich. That bit always made me laugh.
