The next morning, they free me from the straight-jacket. I have so many scars from trying to escape. I can't escape. It's impossible. Yet, almost everything in life is impossible. Almost like there's no hope. You get a lottery ticket, hoping to be richer than Donald Trump or Midus, who can touch anything that can turn into pure gold, but they lose everything and gain nothing. I have seen it all. You think you love someone, but you wake up and he's not there. You think you trust someone, yet they blackmail you and dare to use your weaknesses against you. I'm no Superman. In fact, I'm weak and powerless. I used to long for freedom and was determined to escape, but being in here for so long with others that was once in your position rubs off on you. Gee, I wish I was in the movie Girl Interrupted because everyone was friends with everyone, and there was hope and only one villain. Gee, In real life, everyone is a villain, and the villain in the movie, calmed down and was okay again. I like that movie, but it is so much more scarier in real life.
I walked into the t.v room. I heard these words call out,"Mindfreak!" out loud, so I looked at the t.v to see what it was. I looked over at my friend Martha who said,"He's amazing. He's magic. He's positive and he inspires me to get out of here." Susan looked at her and replied,"Yeah, he is incredible. Very hot too! Hehe! Hey, Elizabeth! You gotta ask Sadie if she'll let Mr. Criss Angel in to perform so magic for us!" Elizabeth, a good orderly and friend of ours says,"I'll get right on it!" Sadie is the main psychiatrist and runs this place. We've bumped a couple of times because we're total polar opposites, but I stay stubborn, she stays determined. Martha looked at me and said,"You gotta watch this show Mimi. Criss is very sweet. You'll like him. And this is only his fifth episode! He just started the show!" Martha. Poor Martha. Whenever she talks or likes something, she always sounds hypnotized and dazed. It's cool though, that's just the way she is.
I look at the screen. I see a muscular toned man, with dark shoulder length messy black hair, with tan skin, wearing a black shirt, jeans, and boots. He even wore eyeliner. I never get to see that on a guy before. Judging how he presents himself, my first guess was he was goth, or soft core goth. I don't know. I was goth once as a young teenage girl, but I have no stereotypes anymore. I looked at him. Susan was right. He was attractive...very attractive. He even had a New York accent. I love accents from different places, especially places like New York. I was marveled by the illusions, until he said these quotes,"Anything is possible if you believe. If you can dream it, you can achieve it." I stormed out of the t.v room angrily. He seemed like he understood me and everything, but he goes around trying to make things better for people? News Flash: Nothing is possible. There is no hope. There is no good! Once you've been through the looking glass of insanity, it's pure hell. He knows nothing about craziness. He says he does but he doesn't! Whatever. It was a beautiful relationship with him when it started, until he said those words.
