Criminal Minds Question

Who here agrees with me?

Okay people my name's Vampiyaa. I just wanted you all to know about this.
So I've been watching Criminal Minds for months now, maybe even years, and in EVERY SINGLE EPISODE I've noticed that Garcia looks like she does not belong on a murder show. I mean come on, she's always dressed like some sort of tropical flower every time they show her. :/ it doesn't look right.
Garcia's a cool (but perverted) kind of character but honestly, why is she dressed like America's Next Top Model?

its just part of her character. being quirky and all.

The team needs someone like Garcia to put a smile on their faces and cheer them up when they are doing cases that may be horrible and scare them.

I think it's great how Garcia dresses. It's her and shows her cheerful personality.

she dresses happyish and surrounds herself with her figurines to remind herself to smile when she has to look at all the disturbing things she sees.

Yes, plus she has a goth undercurrent, with the dark fingernails( see risky business 5x13) and tattoo knowledge(5x20). She dresses how she likes and I don't think it's always like a model with the clashing colors and excessive and crazy accessorizing, it's actually kind of rebellious.

She brings the light to an otherwise dark show. Garcia (and Kirsten) say that she doesn't belong fighting crime; she sits in her office in front of computer screens and that's her safety zone. Just look at episodes "Penelope" or "Exit Wounds"... She does not like being in the field.
