Just about a year ago I set out on the road Seekinґ my fame and fortune Lookinґ for a pot of gold Thing got bad things got worse I guess you will know the tune Oh ! Lord Stuck in Lodi again Rode in on the Greyhound Iґll be walkinґ out if I go I was just passinґ through Must be seven seven months or more Ran out of time and money Looks like they took my friends Oh ! Lord Iґm stuck in Lodi again The man from the magazine Said I was on my way Somewhere I lost connections Ran out of songs to play I came into town, a one night stand Looks like my plans fell through Oh ! Lord, Stuck in Lodi again If I only had a dollar For evґry song Iґve sung And evґry time I had to play While people sat there drunk You know, Iґd catch the next train Back to where I live Oh ! Lord, Iґm stuck in a Lodi again Oh ! Lord, Iґm stuck in a Lodi again

The presentation by Randy Linder and his band as a tribute to Creedence Clearwater Revival is second to none. They have entertained audiences from California to New York with the beloved hits that came from CCR between the years of 1968 and 1972 and a few of John Fogerty's solo hits. Randy has been in the music business since 1968 and has attained National and International status since developing this salute to John Fogerty and CCR in the year 2000. Past performances include several Las Vegas engagements, shows in Guam and a show in Mexico with an enthusiastic audience of 14,000 CCR fans.      Randy’s...

My main purpose in writing this article is to inform the readers in India, about John Fogerty's Creedence Clearwater Revival. It was a world-wide revolution, in popular music, which had begun in the early 1960s, with bands such as the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, and continued to evolve in the late 1960s.

Most people are familiar with the Beatles, but very few in India are familiar with Creedence Clearwater Revival, and so, my focus is exclusively on it. I want to depict how they were
able to mark their own path, and received world-wide following, in their own right. Even after their break-up...

I was about about 12-15 years old (not sure) and the then Golliwogs played at Blackberry Farm in Saratoga/Los Gatos off of the back of a truck. They were in my fathers Coast Guard Unit - Commander. We knew they were incredible but never new how they would succeed! I remember my dad was a little mean and made them cut their hair and kept having to diclipine them. My memory is foggy but I think they left the Coast Guard reserve quite soon- on to better things. One of the band members gave me the bands card - The inscription is the " The Golliwogs with "THE" in small writing to the left top,"Golliwogs" in the middle and "Scorpio" on the right top (small writing) with an arrow pointing left on yellow business card paper - size 4.5 * 2.5. If anyone knows John then ask him - I am sure he will remember the Blackberry Farm concert - he and I were so young. I am now 55. If any fan is interested in buying this card. Please send a comment Thank you.
