I am looking for a song, but I can only remember what it's about. It's sung by a female singer (contemporary, I think).

It's about a girl who learns she's pregnant and because she is afraid of how her boyfriend will react she decides to abort. She drives to the next town and only tells her best friend about this. But this friend tells her boyfriend and he drives after her to keep her from aborting. At the end, he succeeds and we learn that the story is told by the daughter who lives, because they didn't abort.

I am pretty sure the song's name is an American city.

Does someone know the song? It's driving me crazy...
