Comic-con Question

so, the tickets are super expensive, right? so does that mean doing things(watching the actors talk, going to book and poster signings) inside are free? and how expensive are the hotels?

Yes the things inside are free but you do have to pay for food(unless you take your own)and if you want to buy exclusive action figures, comic books, etc.then you will have to pay for those but other then that everything is free. =)

Yes, but I heard the 3 day ticket is 100 bucks and that's not that much compared to expenses for food, plane tickets, hotel and so on.

Tickets for 2012 have been raised and you need a special member id before you even can buy tickets. Unfortunately, tickets for 2012 sold out in minutes online. I heard tickets for 2013 will be sold online to 2012 ticket holders first before the public. Everything inside is free and if you do not want to buy food, bring your own. It's a lot cheaper. As for hotels, depending on location, can be expensive ranging from $100-$200 a night. Parking is also expensive at $20-$25 a day, some even being pre-paid. Hope this answers some of your questions.
