Yes, anyone could join your club, if by that you mean becoming a fan of it. It's not possible to restrict any Fanpop user from becoming a fan of any club on Fanpop. Of course, clubs aren't owned by any particular user, even if that user created the club, so it's not really "your" club any more than the Fanpop Users club is "my" club.
