Who is better Kallen or C.C?

Kallen- Her relationship with Lelouch becomes one of the main focuses in her character development. While in the beginning Kallen dislikes Lelouch due to his arrogant attitude and possibly due to the fact that the Student Council thinks they're dating. As for his alter-ego Zero, Kallen holds a strong admiration to Zero due to his leadership and his beliefs in justice

C.C- C.C is not her real name, she usually wears a long, white turtle neck and boy-short under her clothes. She doesn't talk much, but could sometimes be very annoying.
C.C grants people powers which are beyond belief. She enjoys eating pizza, most chance she gets.

I can tell the creator of this thing holds a bias towards Kallen. However, I will answer this as fairly as I can. Kallen is a shit character. She is selfish, bratty, annoying, immature, envious, and hypocritical. I can list more and the reasons why, but then this answer would be as long as the Constitution. While C.C. has her flaws, you can't really blame her as much as you would blame others, even Kallen, who had a 'bad' life despite clearly not being bothered by her household style and despite having a terrific mother. C.C., after all, was born in the medieval era and lived through nothing but pain until the modern era. It would be anticipated to have her soul and heart numbed.
