I'm in desperate need of help! =(

My best friend and my crush (who is also my best friend) are the only people that understand me, for years I've wanted Somewhere I belong, and I belong with them... but things are starting to change and everything I care about is leaving me!!!!! Can anyone give me help on how to get back what I wanted so much!?

Not really a fight... but a mix of feelings with my bff and crush dating, and me being in love with my crush
