Judge Frollo from the Hunchback of Notre dame because he was just so freakin evil and nasty and everytime I saw him I just wanted to punch him which in the case of a villain is a good sign
I actually have a list of all the villains from favorite to least favorite. I'll give my top 5:
The top spot goes to Yzma for being extremely fun, casual, subverting many villain cliches, and for doing her own dirty work alongside her underling. Just a hair below her is Ursula for being so devious, actually valuing her minions, and for just being so shiveringly sultry.
Next is Frollo for being SO dramatically self-righteous and chillingly realistic. Rourke wins next for being just so cold and real it's amazing.
Lastly, I bring up Hades, for being wonderfully kooky yet dark, and for his great energy.
