This a bit complex to explain so I will try and take up some space explaining it.

The answer is Yes and No.

How is it yes?

Well God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Ghost all make up the Godhead. Father God is the one that has all the power and everything is decided by him, Jesus is Son is the one who says things into existence, and the Holy Spirit gets it done.

Its like saying a person is a mother, sister, and wife, the women is still all of those things and herself at the same time.
Why Not?

The person you are praying to is really Jesus who will give the message to God (unless your sinful life is so great). The reason why is because man in itself isn't worthy to pray directly to God so we use the atonement (Jesus) as kinda out rely man, to send our prayers to the Father. The Holy Spirit is our Godly conscious and gets things done on earth.

With that, if you are following the words of Christ and believing in him, that will get you into heaven basically. Getting into heaven is not simply believing its kinda a longer criteria but luckily pretty basic.

1.Obey the word of God that is in the bible period, wither you are Jewish, Gentile, follower of the Old covenant sort of system, or follower of the New Testament system.

2. Believe in the Son of God Jesus Christi

3. Having a good relationship with God

I hope this helps

Your mother spends about 8-9 months carrying you and bringing you into this world, is there anything you can do to repay her for what she has done, I would think not. God who is all perfect and all knowing created man in his own image, but when man (Adam) the "on par" relationship we could have had with God is out of the window. When we sin we are being disobedient to God, which he doesn't like and the fact that being alive makes us sinner, it puts us benefit God's goodness because we can never be seen as pure in his sight because of what Adam did. When I say we aren't worthy to pray to him, I mean that since we are natural sinners we have to earn good favor with God unlike the times before where is was just so, when we automatically had favor. Does this make sense?
