Members of Black Veil Brides, August Burns Red, more help launch next HeartSupport chapter
A few years ago, August Burns Red frontman Jake Luhrs founded the online non-profit organization HeartSupport. Today, HeartSupport is launching their next chapter: the Restore Program.
The goal of the Restore Program is to bring hope, healing and restoration towards those in our scene that are struggling. It will provide a video program they can work through in the privacy of their own home, on their own time. The program includes artist partnerships and personal stories from Andy Biersack of Black Veil Brides, Matty Mullins and Kellen McGregor of Memphis May Fire, Jared Wrath, Beau Bokan and Elliot Gruenberg of Blessthefall, Levi Benton of Miss May I and Dave Stephens and Andy Glass of We Came As Romans. A roundtable discussion with the HeartSupport team is also included, accompanied by a workbook.

"We've seen how far our community has gone to help encourage one another to find healing, so we wanted to bring more depth by giving them an actual program to take an actual step in making a personal change for themselves," explains Luhrs. "This is that step: the ‘Restore’ program—helping those recognize their wounds from the past so they can zero in on their habits, find healing, and make a mental change for the better."
