I love Darla Dimple from Cats Don't Dance, she's the most phsycotic, violent and freaky child star ever. She's insane, I swear. But soo funny and I just love her!

Ramses from The Prince of Egypt. I'm not sure he rally counts as a villain, but he is an antagonist and I love how complex his character is.

Ramses from The Prince of Egypt. Yeah, it's true that he's not exactly a villain, but I guess that technically he counts. He's a very well-written, interesting and complex villain and his relationship with Moses is probably my favorite non romantic relationship in an animated movie.
