While some of these are annoying on one way or another, I feel like the worst is probably Maria, because aside from annoying she's a latino stereotype. And for me that's kinda hard to forgive tbh. She just represents the overall image of Latinos in Hollywood and everything that's wrong with it.

HTTYD is one of my all time favorite animated movies, but I just don't like Astrid. I think it's because making her a love interest in the first movie was completely unnecessary, and it made her completely change her personality. I liked her fine when she was rivaling Hiccup, and I probably would have been okay with it if she became a love interest in the second movie. But it just felt completely rushed and took so much away from whatever character Astrid had at the beginning of the movie.

I never liked Astrid because she seems shallow and rude. She berates anyone, even innocent people, just because she feels like it and starts liking Hiccup only after he gives her a cool ride in his new "car". Girls like that are very shallow IRL and my alarm bells go off whenever I hear of these situations.

^and you know fans let her get away with it because she's the popular snarky tomboy. if it were someone like Pacifica Northwest or Sansa Stark doing it they'd get called a stuck-up b*tch, same thing that happens IRL. and also shallow for only liking Hiccup after his success. there's such a double standard with female characters that fans and writers have.

anyway, agreed so much about Maria. the stereotype is boring and kind of offensive by this point but the latino tumblr fans seem to like her enough for whatever reason despite saying they want no cliches. and yet they hate on Honey Lemon, who isn't stereotypical at all, for that exact reason! Rapunzel comes close for being so selfish and almost as big of a Sue as Maria but at least she's sweet to people. And Tinkerbell... I wish we saw more of the Tink in the wonderful Gail Carson Levine books, where she's a nice mixture between old!Tink and new!Tink without being too much of a jerk or a generic Genki Girl.

I do love Femme Fatale though. She's also one of my favorite PPG villains. Too bad the episode went over a lot of little kids' heads though.

Astrid is very shallow, she only started liking Hiccup after he showed her his cool new pet and gave her a cool ride. I'm surprised I'm the only person to have ever noticed this.

The fans love Maria because she's brown and a badass, able to fight swords and mouth off men. You know how it is with fandom only liking this type of female characters. And they hate Honey because she's sweet and girly and an icky white latina, and eeewww latinos only come in dark skin, amirite, tumblr? ;)

I dunno about Femme Fatale maybe I'm just worn out by her due to the fact that there so many women out there who believe in her ideology and think she's the "hero", like tumblr freaks out massively whenever that episode comes up. Or that of all the PPG villains the fans say she should be the only one to be given a redemption...*shaking head*

As I said least time, I don't hate any of them, but if I had to choose, Astrid.
There are some that I haven't seen yet, of course. Most of them I'm neutral about.
I like Kayley and Crysta.

^Yes, and the other characters kinda shrugged it off. She tried to kill Wendy just because she noticed Wendy flirting with Peter, and it made her incredibly jealous.

Rapunzel- I ADORE her!
Lola Bunny- I love her!
Maria- I have no interest in seeing her movie.
Tinkerbell- I HATE her in the Peter Pan movies and LOVE her in the Tinkerbell movies.
Vixey- I like her a lot and maybe even love her.
Astrid- I hate her in the original and like her in the sequel.
Kayley- I love her!
Crysta- She's alright.
Femme Fatale- Basically everything I hate about those hardcore feminists that find everything sexist and want to be the dominate gender instead of equality. Women like her give feminists that actually want men and women to be equal a bad name.
Black Cat- I don't remember much about her.

I agree with what scarletunicorn said about her. I also don't care for Kayley or Crysta.

Black Cat is obnoxious because she starts pursuing Spidey in the hopes of getting it on with him...While knowing that he's at the moment married to/in a relationship with Mary Jane (Peter is also at fault here, so the blame is not only on her, but...).

And once Peter starts accepting her, he tells her about his secret identity, and she dumps him, because she considers Peter Parker boring and prefers his Spider-man alter ego.

Meh...

I don't really hate any, but I don't really like Astrid. Rapunzel used to annoy me because she's a Mary Sue.

I hate Tinkerbell with a passion.

Not a fan of Astrid either.

I like Kayley.
