I hate to be mean but Sailor moon always runs from her fights while Elsa thinks very fast in a fight . Takes what mostly happen when sailor moon is fighting runs away than Luna tells her she has to she turns to sailor moon SHE RUNS AWAY AGING and than she throws her tiara.I know in some causes she can fight really good but that what happens most of the time.And while Elsa almost take one by one slowly to protect her self and uses her magic swiftly and Quick.So Elsa will win by a mile stone.

^Sorry, But I agree with icemily42 on this one. Even though you are right Sailor Moon can control her objects better than how Elsa can control her ice powers. But her ice powers are deadly and she can kill her just by hitting her in the heart.
