Did anyone see this chick flick

It was made in the 1990s and it was about this girl who is a designer and she makes shoes that turn her from being a nerdy like girl into a supermodel named Prudence. I think it was called If the shoe fits. I have it forgotten as it was ages ago since I saw it last.
