A young tom walked along the beaches of and unknown island. No cat had dared to set foot in this area. They were all afraid of the sharks that swam along the shore. This young cat was the first to walked here. His fur looked unkempt, and his yellow eyes were darkened. He had just be chased out of his own home from a group of foxes.
"My home... My family... Everything is gone," he whispered over and over.
The moon was risen above the long stretch of ocean. A beautiful young she-cat appeared by the tom's side. Her silver fur glowed in the night.
"Crash, you haven't lost everything. I'll always stay by your side." She looked into his eyes and smiled. "I've always loved you, and I always will. Don't give up yet." The wind blew and young cat faded away.
"Rain..." Crash had loved the beautiful she-cat since he had seen her. The foxes had taken her away when they invaded his home. "I'll stay just for you."
Every night the silver she-cat visited Crash. Just seeing her made him grow stronger. His eyes glowed with life once more, and his fur was just as glossy as before. Whenever he looked at the moon her smiling face appeared.
"Crash? Crash, wake up," Rain gently shook him from his sleep. Her blue eyes shined in darkness of Crash's make shift den.
"Rain, is there a problem?" he silently rose next to her.
"Do you remember the day we met those clan cats? I was walking among the stars and I found them. They say they're known as StarClan."
"StarClan? I remember that."
"They've been watching you, and they have a task for you. They want you to build a clan for this island. All of the cats here struggle on their own and need help. StarClan said that a clan could help them live."
"A clan? I don't know if I can do that."
"You'll be given nine lives to build it. Please do this for me."
Crash smiled at her. "Alright, what should I call it? Wait... Before the foxes came the other cats us the tide watches. What do you think of TideClan?"
"That would be great, Crashstar."
