Is it bad to receive the Eucharist if you're not a Catholic? Because I'm not Catholic and I've had it twice now and I'm a bit confused.

Technically, you shouldn't take the Eucharist if you don't believe that it's the body and blood of your savior. However, I'm sure that this is innocent enough. I don't take communion at other denominational churches though.
