i know nathan's not in his twenties anymore but still, it seems like the change has been pretty quick. He looked fine a few years ago and then all of a sudden in the last year, he's gotten a little chubby. It's almost like he just hasn't been bothering to eat right or exercise at all. I really don't even understand how he can get away with this. I thought all well known actors had personal trainers and people who helped them stick to a healthy diet. It's like a requirement nowadays if you want to be in the biz.
I noticed in S4 that he was gaining but he still looked good. I know this is a sore spot for some fans but he looked like he gained MORE weight as of 5.17; especially in the face. The whole 'its muscle" is not true. There is no muscle in his stomach; thats all gut. As a fan you buy into a character whether its physical, mental or both and Nathan is on the wire with me right now. Im sick of the trench coats trying to hide his belly when you can see it in his face! It looked like he had lost some weight in 5x14 but were more than half way through S5 and he looks bigger to me.
