Evening came and Cas was all alone in his room. He liked it best that way. He didn’t want anyone’s company, especially not Dean’s. He would only say that Cas is better off without Meg. He would say that Meg had it coming.
Suddenly the latch of the door went down and the door opened. A woman with dark blond hair tight up in a notch entered the room and walked towards the bed. She sunk down and looked down upon Cas.
“You don’t recognize me, do you?” the woman realized as Cas stared at her in wonder. She stood and walked to the door. When she walked outside she bumped into Dean.
“Who are you? What are you doing in Cas’ room?” Dean asked accusatory.
“Please, my name is Naomi” Naomi said and she reached out a hand. “I’m an angel. I just came here to check on Castiel. Castiel may not be an angel anymore, we still care deeply for him”
“I don’t trust angels, so why don’t you stay the hell away?” Dean suggested in a threatening way. Naomi bowed her head and then looked up again. “Castiel will always be one of us. He belongs to Heaven. There’s nothing you can do about it. And as soon as he’s recovered I will collect him and bring him back to his home” she said sinister before disappearing.

The door of Meg’s motel room opened and Meg stared at the door way. She was still stuck under the Key of Solomon.
“Anna told me you were innocent for a change” Sam said.
“Well, now that you’ve discovered I’m actually a saint, could you get me out of here?” Meg suggested. Sam shook his head and walked towards her, though kept a safe distance. “First I want to set a few things straight. Castiel is not going to leave prison, unless you do something. Personally, I don’t care if you killed that man or not. What I do care about is that you’re the only one who can get him out of there” Sam said.
“Why would I help him? What’s in it for me?” Meg wanted to know.
“If you do the right thing, then I guarantee you Dean and I will never try to kill you again. You’ll be off our radar for good” Sam said.
That was a tempting offer. “What do you want me to do?” she asked.
