Cal was driving over to Gillian's . He kept going over and over in his head about what he was going to say to her. He kept thinking about what she was going to say him? What did she need to say? And how exactly was he going to tell her the truth?

Gillian stayed over at Cal's that night just to keep an eye on him. She slept on the couch but she could hear him moving around all night. He was back and forward to the bathroom all night and she could hear him scream sometimes. She didn't want to make anything worse so she just stayed where she was. In the morning Cal came down stairs to see her still sleeping. He went over and sat on the edge of the couch and stroked her hair. He didn't notice Emily come down stairs and come up behind him. Emily noticed that her dad was now stroking Gillian's cheek.
