This was a hard choice, but Joyce just seemed kind of not there most of the time. It was only because she was B's mom that she had any real role in the story at all and it was mostly her death. Kendra- the #2 Slayer was my first choice though. Darla I guess would be third, just because the lack of screen time. In Angel however, she's great.
